Britain Says Capital Market Rules Won’t Diverge Markedly From U.S., EU



Britain’s capital market rules will not differ markedly from regulations applied in Europe and the United States, its financial services minister Andrew Griffith said on Thursday.

“We don’t want to become a third polarity but operate in a way that helps your markets work as best as possible,” Griffith told the FIX trading conference.
